Can I return or exchange the product if it does not fit?
You can exchange or return the purchased item if it does not fit within 14 days from the date of purchase. But this is possible only if the clothes are unworn and completely undamaged. We exchange goods of any category and the same item of clothing, similar in style, or of a different color/size. You can also choose the item for which you want to exchange the returned item. In case of a higher cost, you will have to pay the difference.

What payment methods are available on your website?
Our website accepts full payment or prepayment of UAH 500. After receiving funds via a card of any Ukrainian bank to our account, we send the goods by Nova Poshta on the same day, and you receive a notification and a bill of lading. The rest of the cost of the clothes is paid after receiving the parcel at the point of delivery.
