1. Definitions
Public Offer – a public proposal by the Seller directed to an indefinite group of persons regarding the conclusion of an electronic contract for the sale of goods on terms specified by the Seller.

Buyer – an individual who views information on the website and/or orders, and/or receives, and/or reserves a Product
