Terms of exchange/return of Goods
The terms of exchange/return of NASHA goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994. All issues not regulated by the Terms are regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
Return of Goods of proper quality
The Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract, as well as to refuse to receive the goods, within 14 days from the moment of its receipt (excluding the day of receipt) if the requirements for the return/exchange of goods are met.
The Buyer must notify NASHA of the withdrawal from the contract no later than 14 days from the moment of receipt of the Goods (excluding the day of receipt).
The Buyer has the right to notify of the withdrawal from the contract in the following ways:
a) by filling out the Application of the standard form enclosed with the ordered goods, in writing and sending such an Application together with the returned Goods;
The Buyer who has notified NASHA of the withdrawal from the contract by sending an Application in electronic form or a message by e-mail or via social networks of the NASHA store is obliged to send the product via the Nova Poshta delivery service within 2 days from the moment of receiving confirmation of such return from NASHA.
In the event of special circumstances that prevent the Buyer from returning the product within 2 days - please indicate such circumstances, as well as the period during which the Buyer will be able to return the product.
Please note! If the specified return terms are not met and NASHA does not receive information about any objective obstacles to this, we will be forced to refuse the Buyer to return the goods.
The delivery fee when returning the goods is determined by the delivery service tariffs and is paid by the Buyer.
The Buyer also has the opportunity to use the "Easy Return" service from the Nova Poshta delivery service, provided that the order is paid in full.
Exchange of Goods of Proper Quality
The Buyer has the right to exchange the Goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of its receipt (excluding the day of receipt) if the requirements for the return/exchange of the goods are met.
The Buyer has the right to notify about the exchange of the Goods in one of the ways provided above for the return of the goods.
If the desired goods for which the Buyer wants to make an exchange are not available, the Buyer will be refunded the funds paid by him for the placed order.
Conditions for exchanging/returning Goods of proper quality
Goods of proper quality are subject to exchange/return if they meet the following conditions:
a) The goods have not been used, have retained their marketable appearance and consumer properties. The goods are considered to have marketable appearance and consumer properties if they do not contain any traces of their use: damage, scratches, abrasions, stains, hair or any other defects that affect the appearance of the goods.
b) Factory labels and markings are preserved.
c) The seal attached to the goods is preserved. In case of removal or violation of the integrity of the seal, the goods are not subject to return or exchange.
Refund
The goods returned by the Buyer are subject to verification of compliance with the Conditions for exchanging/returning goods of proper quality, which are stipulated in these Terms.
If compliance with such conditions is confirmed, the funds are returned within 30 (thirty) days to the bank details specified in the application for the return of the goods.
Return of goods of inadequate quality
Return of goods and funds in cases of detection of inadequate quality (defect, damage or any other significant defects) is carried out in accordance with the procedure specified by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
In case of disagreement of the Seller with the Buyer's conclusion regarding the inadequate quality of the goods, the Seller has the right to initiate an independent examination to obtain a conclusion regarding the quality of the goods. An independent examination may be carried out subject to the written consent of the Buyer.
