Shipping within Ukraine
Delivery is handled by the “Nova Poshta” shipping service. Orders are typically shipped within 1–5 business days of placement.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the order to the Buyer no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date the order is placed.
If the ordered item is out of stock, the Seller must immediately, but no later than 7 business days, notify the Buyer.
The delivery cost is determined by the delivery service’s rates and is paid upon receipt of the order by the Buyer. If the “Cash on Delivery” payment method is selected, an additional fee of 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount applies.
Please note! According to the Public Offer Agreement posted on the website https://nasha-studio.com.ua/, the Buyer is obligated to receive the order within 7 (seven) days from the moment of its delivery to the destination by the delivery service. If the Buyer has not received the order within this period and has not notified the Seller of the circumstances that prevented them from receiving such an order, it is considered that the Buyer has refused to accept the order.
Please note! Upon receiving the order, the Buyer is obligated to verify the integrity and completeness of the Goods, the integrity of their packaging, and the presence of labels and seals by inspecting the contents of the Order. Upon receiving the order, the Buyer is deemed to have verified the integrity and completeness of the Goods, the integrity of their packaging, and the presence of labels.

Goods may be shipped to the Buyer in several separate shipments depending on various factors (number of items, their dimensions, compatibility groups, different Sellers, storage locations, available payment and delivery methods, total order cost, etc.).
Payment methods:
a) Full prepayment:
•    via bank details;
•    online payment / LiqPay;
•    Apple Pay / Google Pay.
b) Cash on delivery (COD) – payment upon receipt. 
Please note! If “Cash on delivery (COD)” is selected as the payment method, the Buyer must make an advance payment of 300 UAH. This payment serves as a security deposit and is intended to cover the Seller’s costs associated with organizing the return (delivery) of the order.

If the Buyer receives the order, the advance payment of 300 UAH is credited toward the total order cost and taken into account during the final settlement upon receipt of the goods.
If the Buyer refuses the goods (of proper quality) and returns them, the amount of the advance payment is used to cover the Seller’s actual expenses related to the delivery of the goods to the Buyer and their return.
If the Seller’s actual delivery costs are less than the amount of the advance payment, the difference is automatically credited as an advance (credit) to the Buyer and may be used to pay for subsequent orders.

If the Seller’s actual shipping costs are less than the amount of the advance payment, the resulting difference is automatically credited to the Buyer’s account as a credit balance and may be used to pay for subsequent orders within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
The Buyer has the right at any time during the specified period to contact the Seller with a request to refund such a difference in cash. The refund is made via the payment method agreed upon by the parties.
In the event of a return of goods of inadequate quality or non-conformity with the order, all funds paid by the Buyer are subject to a full refund.
International Shipping:
International delivery is carried out via the “Nova Poshta” delivery service. NASHA does not cooperate with or deliver goods to the Russian Federation or Belarus. NASHA reserves the right to refuse delivery of goods to certain countries.
The standard delivery time is 7 business days; however, due to the martial law in Ukraine, delivery times may vary. 
The delivery cost is determined by the delivery service’s rates and is paid upon receipt of the order by the Buyer.
The order may be subject to customs duties, depending on the recipient’s country and the order value. The Buyer is responsible for paying customs duties.

Payment methods:
International shipping is available only upon full prepayment using the bank details provided by the Seller.
